Hello,

no matter what variation I choose in the Seb Table Template, the code output is always the same.

I installed a simple variation (From SD Simple Template) to seb_table/variations. It gets picked up so I can choose it. But the code output is still the same.

I know that custom position overrides are not possible with seb_table. Are variations possible for seb_table template?

If this ever gets answered then thank you for taking the time ;-)

Thank you very much Zwergo, for taking your time and trying to help.

I really hope that some day this forum will become more active. Compared to other forums this is a dead place.
And I get more and more frustrated about simple tasks not working with this extension although I have been using it over the last 3 years and know my ways around it pretty well now.

Hi gebeer,

you are not alone! ... After experimenting with the Seb Table Template too, I stoped using it and jumped to Simple Simon using HTML overwrites. - Still too many divs around the output, but more control on whats going on.

Best, Bernhard

HI Bernhard,

glad I'm not alone :-) Although this doesn't really help solving the issues.

Have you tried the simple variation that comes with SD SImple Template? This removes some of the div clutter.

And a while ago I started a thread about removing unnecessary divs. You might find some hints there to remove more of the unwanted stuff.

Cheers
