When I enable Joomla cache (Global settings -> System -> Cache - conservative) my SEBLOD search modules cache the result of the first search and show this first result again and again when using the module. When the cache is turned off the search modules work OK. Is there a way to use Joomla cache and still get the search modules to work?

Normally there is a cache parameter in almost every joomla module (in advanced tab).
Try to turn it off.

I do not see this option in the SEBLOD - Search module under 'advanced'. I do see the option in this tab of the Joomla menu module(s). But not in the SEBLOD modules. So are they missing? Or is are there other options I can set somewhere else?
Hi Randy, thanks for the link. I have some more info about this now. On my websites using SEBLOD I will keep the global configuration cache off to avoid problems.
I just read the post gived by Randy and i'm not totaly agree with it ...
Joomla system cache (The plugin that keep static page cached) is too much basic.
Instead i prefer to use JOT Cache that is highly configurable and powerfull.
In addition i advice you to use JCH Optimize Pro to get very good compression.
And finally some server tweak and eventually CDN will help your page load time go below a second.
