is this mean you also don't have experience as well in CSS ?
if the all 3 aspect above is right... i'm sorry to say that seblod might be too overwhelm to you... because this tools has a lot flexibility but require you to understand some of technical aspect.. if you want to make your life easier you might use 'ready-made' template of joomla/wordpress through joomla/wordpress template club
Regarding you question above:
There are 2 type of list template by default: seb_blog and seb_table... seb_blog will utilise seb_one template to control layout per-item.
Those field you point out in http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=b5h1kx&s=5 is not something that going to reflect on the visual layout, because it hidden under 'the source code', you can see it if you see the "view source"..
bottom line.. it will add CSS Class on front end..
if you don't have any idea of what CSS Class is.. you can spend your 3hours+ to watch this tutorial (you can get access for free for 7 day):
