I have a Joomla content plugin that works in option=com_content when displaying a SEBLOD "Form & Content Type" but it does not work in "Lists & Search Types". How do I trigger a Joomla standard plugin there?

cheers

Hi carin,

What is the plugin that you are trying to show?  Is it a field type?  Content Types and Search Types are rendered differently, so it may not work.  If there is a field in the database, perhaps you can use a select dynamic to query the table?

thanks,

Randy

Thanks for the hint, but I am really looking for a way to trigger plugins because I need a whole bunch of plugins on my content, e.g. the email cloaking or other content replace plugins. Why can a list not trigger regular Joomla plugins just like the way it is done when displaying a single item from that list?

Would it be possible with the code42 field at on PrepareContent to call plugins?

BTW: Why am I not allowed to edit my own posts here?

I figured out that decently coded plugins work flawlessly, like the email cloaking. The one Joomla content plugin I was escpecially interested in (JLexReview) is the only one that is not triggered so I need to get the developer to  make it work. The additional code mentioned in the post above is not necessary.
