Probably it just takes some time before pack is created for download, but I suggest you contact translation coordinators on transifex to be sure.

I'm sorry for the delay, I notified responsible persons about this problem.

We had big organizational problems with our community of users (reflecting with our online servers)

We are in the middle of a big change.

I assume the solution will arrive later then the actual decision of releasing the translations on the Seblod site.

That is the best solution and long time wait!

I went to the site and tried to download the Italian translation (88% progress) and the file is corrupted, just 723 bytes. Can Horus check? Thanks.

Also the Italian version appears with 3048 total strings: 390 untranslated (I translated about 20 today) and 2658 unreviewed: I am worried about this slow process of review, the translated strings are in the downloadable pack independently of review state, correct?

Non-reviewed translations are also included in lang packs if there is no approved for that string.

A question: how often the downloadable files are updated? I ask this since I translated some strings 20 minutes ago but downloading now the package, it does not yet contain them.

There is no time set for updates as the server is a temporary one.

To have an updated file you can download files directly from transifex with web interface (one file at a time) or use the .TX tool from Transifex
