the lib_cck.ini and lib_cck.sys.ini language files are to be installed on the administrator languages folder but actually only one is installed. The other is installed in the site languages folder. This is related to a previous Joomla issue with libraries files but I think this is not an issue anymore as Joomla core language packs also has libraries that are installed on admin folders

- Regarding the Seblod, this causes one file to be a duplicated. This also causes trouble on language packs and questions from translators!

So the question is: will this be solved or its better to change the location of the files?
