Hi there,
The private support forums receive our priority support for issues that are posted there. Generally speaking, the public forums are intended for the community to help eachother. The private forums are for more direct access to experienced SEBLODers. Further than that are VIP support packages where you can have direct access to a SEBLOD professional on Skype.
