SEF URL Seblod - no effekt

Hello,

got a problem using the sef functionality from seblod.

http://domain.com/de/apps/2685-my-article-title

should changed to

http://domain.com/de/apps/my-article-title

I did the settings of the picture in the Seblod configuration

But the setting has no effect on existing articles
