Notifications & updates already work, but yes the new release hasn't been listed yet. We wanted to be sure that there wasn't any critical issue first.. That's why it has not been enabled yet for SEBLOD 3.x. This will come in a few days.

SEBLOD Updater Add-on will be required in order to update the extensions directly from your websites. You can get this add-on for free here: http://www.seblod.com/v3/products/634
