I'm using Joomla! 3.8.1. I use to be able to use the Add-On Seblod Developer, but it has stopped working. My guess was it had to do with latest Joomla version. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Developer Add-On with no success. I get the error "Error File doesn't exist" after I click on Build Plugin. Anyone have this issue and how do I resolve it? It's been a great tool for me to build my custom plugins.

I just tried and it works fine for me using J 3.8.1, Seblod 3.15 and developer 1.2.6. - perhaps you ned to update devleoepr version? ALso check all your paths are set correctly in configuration.php of jooomla
