Hi, I try to download free products but I have this error when click on download button :

You are not allowed to access this file.

Hi xelory,
Do you use FlashGet or any other download manager app?
You should use only your web browser in order to download the products.

Hi Saba,
Thanks for answer. It was a firefox problem. Resolved with google chrome.
