what I see is that your are on a very old version of Joomla.
It's probably not the raison, but I advise you to upgrade your joomla.
There is nothing in the message which can put us on the way.
PHP, Mysql, SEBLOD,.... versions ?
Is it a fresh installation or an update ?
If update from what to what ?

I had one mistake. I didn't know I should install Seblod First! I discover now it! Because the search engine had led me directly to the extension: importer.
