I want to know if I can allow users to create subdomains from my main site, using a form, let me explain, if my domain is awesomesite.com, when a user is loged in, I want to put a form that the user can fill, and once submited, the user has his/her own site, out of mine, for example storyteller.awesomesite.com, so the user can put the content, and the content appears in the main domain, can I allow users to build their sub sites with a form?

Theoretically you can do anything with Seblod, but in practice this would require a lot of custom code, e.g. for the start the creation of subdomains is totally out of scope of built-in functionality.
