Wanted to test the addition of multilingual articles. That is, created an English version of the form for the English menu and a Russian uniform ... but before that never came, at logon language disappeared, left the default language - Russian.

But I stopped testing component for Joomla 3 and removed it.
There's now installed Joomla 2.5
