Actually I was looking for a full list of extensions.

But in particular I was wondering about shopping cart + SEBLOD

And ofcaurse full list of ingegration would be perfect

For SEBLOD and E-Commerce I suggest you use the search function of this forum (little help for an extra search word Hikashop)

This full list, I doubt there is any, to maintain such a list would be very time consuming, time that the people of Octopoos better spend on maintaing and improving SEBLOD

While I can see why it can been time-consuming. 

It might be very well a good "marketing/features page" that will be very appealing to the general crowd.

Also opens up remarkable hidden power of SEBLOD, which is really really hidden.
