you're sure Joomla! 1.51 !! If it's true the error is normal !
the last version of Joomla is 3.5.1.

Almost certainly postgres is the cause, all queries are made for mysql
understand SEBLOD not support the Postgres ?
There is no offical statement about it, but as it does not use JQuery api I would presume mysql is a must.

Any plans to develop a SEBLOD working version using Joomla connected to Postgresql?
I'm working for a goverment project, in my country all gov institutions prefer to use Postgres as DBMS.
Some people like me believe if Joomla 3.5.x supports Postgresql perhaps any Component/Extension should support it too.

there is currently no plan to support postgres, but if you are interested you can contact Octopoos to develop this feature.
