I have made an app and now I try to import it on my live site. Unfortunately I cannot install it. It says there is an error: Unable to open archive. Could you please advice me how to solve this? Is use the latest versions of both Joomla and Seblod.
Either your app package did not create properly or you hosting provider did not compile php with extensions necessary to unpack package, try unpacking the package manually to see if it can be unpacked normally.
It does not unpack manually too. I have tried on different websites and also with the standard apps. Is there another way to transfer the app to my live site?
Them something is wrong on the server where you exported the app, if it can't be unpacked manully there was an error in archive creation. You need to find out what is causing this error.

You can try exporting again and enable error reporting in Joomla to see if there are any errors happening on export.
