Hi SFGecom,
Yes! In your list, you simply need to add the Article Created By field.

Yes you can do this too by using a Select Dynamic Field! To set up this field check out:
Select Dynamic

The basic field setup is as follows:
Query: Construction
Insert Table: #__users
Options Name: name
Options Value: id
Order By: name
Storage: Standard->Article->created_by
