Hey All,

Ok, I don't think this is a SEBLOD issue, maybe a server issue, but I can't find a solution and I can't afford to lose the work I've done.  The problem is, I can't get an App Folder to export.  I keep getting a "You are not allowed to access this file." Error.  Details below

It's on an Amazon AWS Lightsail instance of Joomla

Server is a Bitnami Linux 4.4.0 (forgive me, I do not know much about server side of things)

I have the latest Joomla and SEBLOD

Permisions on the Joomla TMP folder are drwxrwxrwx 2 daemon daemon

If you need any other information please let me know.  This is driving me nuts.  I thought AWS would be a great platform to develop on, but it has it's issues.

Ok, a little update.... SEBLOD is doing it's job and creating the .zip of the package and saving it to the tmp directory.  I'm getting the error when trying to download the .zip file.

Thanks

This is weird, only ting that comes to my mind is that for some reason files are created without read permission (for web server user). Or - file somehow triggers some protection system on the server that blocks the access.

Your problem may be related to Aceeba Backup. Check the folder paths in the General site settings

Hello,

with me also the same problem happened and in a fresh instal, without Akkeba, the problem does not exist. Just do not know how to solve. For now I will get the file directly on the server.
