Hi,

these are my first Seblod steps. I've created a form with my own fields to add articles. Works fine so far, articles are created and are shown in my also self-created list view.

In my form, I can select a category. In my list view, the category is displayed. But in the article overview in J! backend, every article is "Uncategorised".

The category ID field is saved as "Standard / Article / catid". What am I doing wrong?

Hi.

For that you have to use state field with live value.

Thanks - this solved another problem. :-)

But there still is the original issue. Perhaps I haven't told it the right way. Category ID is being saved correctly, but in J! back-end view, it's shown as "Uncategorised". See the screenshot.

Can you show your category field?

The first think that you have do is to recreate this field.

Did it! I have to use "Article Category ID".
