in your request Pro support form, you really should add a word counter as you limit the request at 255 chars. And 255 is not so much so i just spend my time to rewrite it in the most "telegraphic" style possible...
I think this is not a suggestion, its a must. How can someone express what is needed to be done in 255 chars? You've had the same issue with your contact form some time ago, and after I told you it was corrected.
which form exactly is this post about - I thouht it is clear, but apparently it isn't, so please let us know which form your post relates to (or is is about support forUm ?)
IMO, The best way to describe your problem is by using screencast... some people works visually some people works with their auditory.. combine both is the best !
