Hi,

I want to customize my "users" form and display it as a kind of directory.

So I duplicated the form based on "users" skeleton as described in a SEBLOD tutorial. But when I want to display them in blog view, no way to get the "title" on top on the user information. I want to keep a template where the user name (user_name) can act as the "art_title" of a classical article.

Is it possible ? I want to keep the form as a user form, but displayed as an article.

I tried to use the "SD field concact", but not possible to create an "art_title" field.

Thank you for your help,

Lionel

Hello Lionel77,

I am slightly confused by some "terms" in your question. Aren't you talking of the default users list? Not sure what you mean by art_title?

Hi thanks for your answers.

I used both tutorials and get the same result. but to be clear there is no way to use the "user_name" field the same way the "art_title" field for an article.

I want to have the same look and feel for the username than an article title in my template. In want to have the user name "above" the content and custom fields, as is can be done with articles in blog view.

Hope my explanations are clear,

Regards

Hello Lionel77,

actually the default Users list follows the same logic and layout as the Articles. It makes use of the "Blog" template, and the Item view layout is "Seb One". By default there is only the username displayed. You have to go to your list&search type Users -> Item (Views) -> Fields (Options) ... and add all extra Profile fields. Assign them to Mainbody position or any other position below.

(If you don't see the extra profile info fields... you have to change the Selectbox / App Folder from User to the correct sub-folder Profile!)

@Seblod ?! Somewhat strange, IMHO... because I am viewing a parent/child folder hierarchy, I would expect to see any subfolder content automatically. i.e. If I am in AppFolder "User", it should also display fields from "Base, Basic, Profile".
