Scenario:
I have a List and Search type which displays a list of content.
Click on of the listed items and you are redirected to the Content View
On this content view is a link to its category
This format of this link is not ideal as it contains an id (see the number 59):
fretroom/59-lesson-files/transcriptions/spiderbait
How would you go about making it good ie
fretroom/lesson-files/transcriptions/spiderbait

I can either hide the category link, or do a 'template/html/' override...
How do you folks do it?

I think that's the normal operation of joomla. Did you tried by creating a menu item linked to the seblod list or category?

No I did not have a memu item pointing to the category.
I have now and all is good.
This is a pain in the butt, so my solution will be to create the menu item dynamically using afterstore field.
I will post a tutorial for others (and as a reminder to me) when I have done it
