Hi everybody

I have, again, this problem that I cant save any change in my content type site view. Every time I try to add a field, the save green animation does not appears and no change are saved. Some of the cases theres no message or change at all, in other cases I get a blanck page width this text:

"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

I have tryied everything, I have made the site tab template many times, but sooner or later I get the same problem. I wonder is there a limit of fields per view or something like that because I dont have this problem with my other content types which are smaller (with few fields). I have 39 fields in this content type.

Please help, I dont know what else to do.

Hi,

I don't think there is a limit of fields in a content type.

In the Content View of one of my content types I currently have 41 fields and it's working OK.

You are not asking the question right. There are many issues in your question. What is: "content type site view"? Is it content type Site Form View? What is: "the site tab template"?

Hi ricco, thanks for answer

Yes, by "content type site view" or "site tab template" I mean the site tab of the content type (admin/site/intro/content). I can do changes in the intro tab, for example, but not in the admin or the site tabs, where I had more than 40 fields.

Hi,

You are still mistaking the names.

What I see is: Admin Form | Site Form | Intro | Content

What you say is: admin/site/intro/content

Sorry to correct you, but I'm trying to follow your thinking and I get confused.

Could you answer: When exactly did you get this problem?

It's not a Seblod issue, it's a Joomla issue.  Don't forget, Seblod runs IN Joomla, not instead of.

The invalid security token comes from being inactive too long.

You're session is basically timing out.

You need to log in to your Joomla Admin. GLOBAL CONFIGURATION> tab SYSTEM> Session lifetime. Set that time to be a little longer.  It's not recommended to be too long but it's clearly not long enough for your work on that 39 field form.

This SHOULD fix the problem. If not, let us know.

Hi, thanks for answer

No, it is not a session lifetime issue, I had it set to 60 min and not matter if I logout/login, close/open the browser, even off/on my internet service. I can do changes in all of my others content types.

Hi,

When exactly did you get this problem? How come you were able to save before and not now?

Try to remember what did you do just before that?

Hmm, that's the only thing that I know of that can cause invalid security tokens.

Do you have a link to the form you'd like to share for testing? Even better, export the app and make it available for testing.

Are you able to increase the max_input_vars on your site?

Try adding the following to your .htaccess  file.

php_value max_input_vars 2500
