Congratulations for the release of SEBLOD 3.
Is it possible to download an app from File App from an site with Joomla 2.5.9 Joomla 3.1.1 and upload it to a site Joomla 3.1.11 /Seblod 3.1.1?
I tried and had a "fatal error"
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAdministrator::get() in /home/../tmp/install_51887442545f9/extensions/install_5188744282339/install/script.php on line 50

Thank you for your posts and welcome to SEBLOD forum.
You can download an application from "Construction => App Folder". Then for your question, it's depends on the seblod elements (plugin, template, variation, ...) in the application.
If at least one element is not compatible from joomla 2.5.9 to joomla 3.1.1 => all application is not compatible.
