Hi all,

I found icon, in Content Type List,  to create free itens in backend. It's very amazing. :)

But, I can view personal List of my free itens, on backend, It's possible?

I created a personal List, in List & Search Type Manager, I found a icon search to view itens, but the list is in frontend.

Personal lists in backend, like a Article Manager, would be very useful.

For example, order management.

Thank you,

Best Regards,

Hi Leo,

Sure you can do that. We use it on all our projects!

After creating your search type, you just need to go to the Module Manager.

Then.. add a new SEBLOD Admin Menu module, and use the "Custom Links" parameters.

The url should be: index.php?option=com_cck&view=list&search=[YOUR_SEARCH_TYPE_NAME]

Isn't it awesome?!

Regards,

Saba.

Hi,
I'm trying to do the same thing but I don't know how to create the Seblod Admin Menu.
I looked in the list of modules I can create but didn't find anything like that.
Or is it the "standard" admin template override mechanism of Joomla to add menus in the back-end?
Help appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for this very helpful information. I have the same question Jeka asked 3 years ago: Is it possible to list the items of a certain content type including the standard joomla features like publish/unpublish, sort by drag and drop, delete, etc?

Because those features were missing in my list, I tried a different approach to get what I needed: Becauce my different content types usually sort their items into different categories, I tried to use the custom links option of the admin module to open a filtered view of the joomla article. For example /administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=articles&filter_category_id=8
I hoped I would get what I needed with this approach, but it does not really work well.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you!
Sven

Hi,

in the frontend you can do this

https://www.seblod.com/resources/tutorials/adding-drag-and-drop-ordering-functionality-to-your-front-end-managers

But last time I checked this did not work in backend as some functions are not implemented.

@Klas
Thanks for your reply! I had a fast try, but could not make it work even in the frontend. But I guess I made a misteake somewhere - I will try again when the fix Saba mentioned is released.

@Saba
Thank you for the good news!
