Hi,
i want to get datas in a form from a database outside joonla/seblod-database. For example: i have a database called db123 with a prefix xyz for joomla/seblod. Now i want to create a form to save datas (or get) in another database like db789, prefix abc....is that possible?

In my opinion you could only do this by using code fields and querying external database there yourself.

Thanks for the answer. But do you have an idea how i can do this? Would it be possible with the sql-pack?

No, only with code pack, sql pack will use existing databse connection.
