can you explain more what you are trying to do, because it's not clear.

To send data with a form you can add some Plugin Field Hidden with live value, or default value (pdfprint)

thanks for reply.

I'll try to explain. 

The value pdfprint value is not important.

i've some forms and every form should be submitted to an other URL.

Under fields i created a form action field.

I put the action field to every form. But if i change the User Action in form number one, the User Action in form number two is also changed.

My idea:

i write the User Action in the live value field and call the value in the action.

I hope it is now clearer :-)
