a customer form at the frontend works very well, but after saving the customer data, we get two messages. First "successfully saved" and the second "registration failed: insert name". Is it possible to deactivate the "new registration"? (all field are saved at artikel)

Hi Sam888,
not sure to well understand.
If you are using a content type based on the object "User", each new content will create a user by the registration task.
If you just want to create content as article, you must base your content type on the object article.
