I am trying to add my custom JavaScript that have to hide the phone number from the field (on a click, simply show number)
This field I add in "Form & Content Type". Field had showed, but JavaScript not included on page (i checked the source code page)
I wanto to use the template override.
Did you use javascript field from code pack or where did you add javascript?
I tried on clean seblod. and it script does not include on page. And I also tried to install seblod plugin Seblod (JS), but nothing has changed not in the interface, not in the front-end

javascript field works for sure, but this is normal field on your screenshot. If you are using some template famework or javasript optimization plugin it might be affecting the output, try with default joomla template and without such plugins turned on.. Also please note usually javacript is not output directly as it written, it is wrapped in the event listener.
