Hi guys, would anybody know how the Create (Max. in Parent) and Create (Max. in Parent/User) is used? What is considered a parent?

I could definitely use this if it works the way I envision (e.g. I need a user to only submit one article per parent article ... e.g. one comment per article). The way I use the parent-child relationship for articles/content types is the same way it was explained for creating the commenting system. How would Seblod know the parent, though, as it's just a field in the DB? Am I missing some obvious function or field that would tie the articles into a parent-child relationship?
