You can add a "Free Button" field to the content view form that displays user profile and configure the free button link to Content - Form so that clicking on the button the user is redirected to the form to edit the profile. Remember to check permissions so that registered users are allowed to modify theri own content.

For those who are interested in creating a "Modify my profile" page with the seblod fields pre-filled, you need to do three things :
1- configuration > Seblod > integration the user and specify "Edit link" > "Seblod", not "Auto" :

3- Create a menu link : "User" (Joomla) > Modify my profile. Normaly, the form is the Seblod form, and all the fields are pre-filled.
