I created a content type named " movies " which has a specific fields and I want to show all articles of this content type ( listing or articles archive ) in a custom template ? Can you help me ?

Hello assaino,
to show all article of your content type "movies" you need to create a List&Search type. You can name it movies, too.
In the template settings of the List&Search Type you can choose one of the installed templates.
First you have to choose a list template. Depending on the list template, you can choose your template for the items.
Then you need to put your fields from the content type "movies" under "Item" in the List&Search type.
If you are planning to use a custom template, read this for a start.
The List&Search type that you have can be shown by using a SEBLOD menu type List&Seach.
This way you will get something similar to a blog view in Joomla.
