I dont know which plugin you use, but i sounds like a javascript conflict.

So you can do the following:

If you use a SEBLOD custom content template and not the SEB-Template to show your content on the frontend, you can include the code for the social share buttons directly in you custom template.

If you are using the SEB-Template you can do the same with the Joomla template override. Include the social sharing code in article.php of your overrides.

You can find the codes for the social share buttons on the sites of the google, twitter, facebook and so on.

Try it and you will see if there is also an conflict. The conflict could also be caused by javascripts from your template. Its often quite difficult to trace the problem to its source.

hi, im using the default template. i did change nothing.

Something weird is happening. As i could not make it work i installed Fields Attach, and it was very annoying to position it via css so i uninstalled and now using seblod again and doing nothing else the social share plugin is visible.

As i was trying to understand how this happened i re install the site an another folder from scratch and is not working on the other site.

im using the social share plugin from this guys http://e-max.it/

I could give the user and pass of my site if someone understand the problem and could help me. write to rummorepro@gmail.com

Im using a homemade theme.

this is the site working (the social plugin) http://www.elpilondevallekeberg.com/mor8 and the new one http://www.elpilondevallekeberg.com/mor82

Hola garbanm,

I cannot say what exactly the cause will be, but I found some other issues in your sourcecode.
The loading time of the site is extremly long, so check this out:

  • you are using 2 differnent jquery.min version on the same page (remove the older)
  • you are using mootools (you dont need mootools while working with SEBLOD, so get rid of it)
  • jquery should be loaded first in the head.
  • try to move other scripts to the bottom before the closing body tag
  • not all images are resized (the are much bigger in original as in the view - frontpage)
So try to solve these problems -  especially less scripts make less problems and less conflicts.

Think over to use custom templates in the future - your possibilites to create content are much wider than using the SEB-Template.

thanks for your help man.

I have found a solution and is reinstalling everything on joomla 3.2 instead of joomla 3.2.3. Besides that problem, when i create an article the date was the day after so i have to change it manually, no sense.

So i decided to try joomla 3.2 and it works now.

Thanks so much to the seblod team, its an increadibly usefull tool.
