Is there any way to configure the User Grp Password field, used in the user form, with the yes option checked by default?

If this is coming from Seblod form you can set default in the field settings.

Level 3
Group field just shows another content type, in your case "User Grp Password" content type/form. You can find it if you change filter on the left to Off in forms list - there you will find a radio field "User password set"
