Hi,

I am having a problem accessing the file from uploaded file field. I referenced another user who had a similar problem here: https://www.seblod.com/community/forums/lists-search-types/task-download-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-file, however my field has Public Access in the Admin form and Content View form. I have a problem accessing the file in both the front end and backend. In the backend, when I try to click on the file, Joomla redirects to the Control Panel and then I receive the following error:

I've also double checked my Form & Content Type Content View and Admin Form View and the Access is Public for both.

On the Front End, when I click the link it just redirects to the home page. Click here to see what I mean. This is the url: https://dev.cloudaccess.host/index.php?option=com_cck&task=download&file=download_prep&id=10

When I go into Content View and remove the Download option from Link and Typographies, I am able to download the file however it shows the path to the file which I don't want.

I do have Admin Tools installed and I added com_cck to the WAF whitelist. I also reset the .htaccess file to Joomla's default and it still exhibits the same behavior. I have the download page here if that will help at all.
