I was curious if it was some how possible to design a form where I could assign email address to check boxes where there would be 1 text input slot where a user would enter their email and then check boxes that would allow the user to "subscribe" basically to my mailing lists.
I just need a form that would send out a bunch of emails based on what the user subscribe to.
So if the user selected 3 check boxes it would send 3 emails with the users email and a special subject line of "subscribe"

Welcome to the SEBLOD forums.
Yes it is possible to do exactly what you want! You could set up a text field for the email address. Then, all you would need to do is set up a checkbox field with an option: Subscribe=1. Then you would set up an email field with a conditional that triggers off of the checkbox to fill in the email field from the text email address.
