I use some selectfields where there is a dropdown with options too choose from.

No i remember there are two ways to fill this.

1- Just put in the variables ( optionone optiontwo etc)

2- Put the options with a number ( optionone=1 optiontwo=2 ) The exact way to put it i can't remember, but not important for my question.

No i can see the advantage to use number 2, you can change the optionname later and you encounter no problems.

What i was trying to figure out if there are more advatages to one or the other option.

For instance, is there a speed difference in searching? Or is there a difference in using server-capacity (when used a lot)

I'd rather know now before i have created a lot of options with number 1...
