Hi Dreakman,

Yes you can do what you want.  In the Site Form of your Content Type, select Required/Validation (option #3), then add a Confirmation validation rule.  Add the name of the other date field and an alert message.

Unfortunately your thumb images are too small... Do both of your calendar fields have the same date format?  How are you storing the dates?

Yes both are in thesame format. both are stored as columns in form table in database.
