Hello
is it possible to create a field that encrypt the data inputed before saving it to database? Maybe with custom salt?
Is there any plugin / add-ons for this?

There is no such plugin directly, but you can use code pack to do encryption on onBeforeStore event ( if you know how to code or have someone to do it for you or you can use Seblod service)
