I had two issues with Checkbox Dynamic. Just in case you have the same:
1. If I try to add a new field, I can't store. There's something wrong with vertical / column select - there's an error with "bool5". Just remove the select (open developer tools in your browser and remove the item with id bool5), then you can store.
2. If you use "free" mode, don't add line breaks to your query. Otherwise in frontend you'll get an error.
