I'm trying to help out our little neighborhood association by building an application form for their Joomla site. I'm new at this and need to know if this can be done EASILY. I have zero experience with Sebold.

I need to create a form for registered users that could:

  • create a 4 page application form (preferably with a good template already) with about 10 questions on each page
  • need conditionals support -- if you select this radio button, a new questions pops up on the same page
  • feed all of this in to an easy to export spreadsheet
  • or save everything in a Google Spreadsheet directly
  • each page of the (4 page) form should preserve its data when users clicks next (to go to next page) this way users can come back and complete the form if they stop on page 2, for example. This sticky state should not create duplicate records in Google Spreadsheet
  • support for all sorts of fields; radio, textbox, calendar, uneditable text (instructions) etc.

Hello,

I've already made such a form with RSForm Pro (You could also send the filled form in PDF format). Of course you could use Seblod but the learning process is very much longer.
