Hello,

Using multi sites, I have SITE A, SITE B, and SITE C.  I need to assign one article to accessible from both SITE A and SITE C, but not SITE B.  How can I achieve this?  Using the standard JForm - Access Level I'm only able to select one access level.  I'd appreciate any tips, or if there is a different way I should go about achieving this.

Many thanks,
Kate

Hi KateD,

You need to do more access levels in joomla & select it after in your seblod acces level field

Thank you for your reply.  When I create a new site, the access level (SITE A, SITE B, SITE C, etc) is created.  My problem is that when I assign the Joomla default Article Access (JForm - Access) to the content type, I'm only able to select one access level as opposed to many.  Are you suggesting to use a different field to achieve multiple access levels?

The trick is to define ONE additional access level that defines the appropriate policy for users,
and select this ONE.
All the "who is allowed to do what" you then configure in this access level.

I see what you mean, thank you for your answer.  Unfortunately my example was a simplified version of what I am trying to produce.  In reality I will have 12-15 sites, and a particular article might be viewable on 1 site, whereas another might be viewable on 5 sites.  So there is no way to create only one additional access level to cover all scenerios.
