The import is not working properly. I am on Joomla 4.3.3 and have imported SEBLOD 4.1.0. Some of the items get imported, but many only get their name imported and nothing else. When I try to run the import again using the ID, it says it updates the items, but it does NOT update anything! I made sure the field names were correct by first doing an export and copying the names of each field from the export file to the import file. But this made no difference at all.
Sometimes if I rerun the import, one or two more items get imported, but there is nothing consistent about which items the import actually imports and which ones only get a name imported, and which ones get rejected.
I need the import to work as I have wasted 3 days on this issue already!
What do I need to do to get the import to work properly and CONSISTENTLY?
Does anyone at SEBLOD have a solution to this problem? It makes the importer useless.
Anyone at all have a solution? This is cause a huge drain on our resources having to enter everything manually.
