I've got either CSV (http://www.dx.no/ebillett/dx_forestillinger.php?p_id=196&type=CSV) or XML http://www.dx.no/ebillett/dx_forestillinger.php?p_id=196&type=XML) to work with.
Is there a way to run a cron and to get this data into a Seblod app?
In this process I've found http://www.csvimproved.com/en/ but it dosn't seem to support Seblod.
Anyone got some tips and pointers?

You can use Seblod Importer plugin. I haven't used it myself but it does what you want.
Hi all, I use it as suggested by melihtas, but I can't use it by cron, so it's quite unuseful in real world...
