So I made a user profile, using Seblod Content type.
I can click on my profile menu link and see my profile fields. However anyone else can also see my fields, eg my email. Can I restrict some fields so that they can only be visible by the user only?

to display field only for the owner, you can use the plugin restriction Joomla! Permission on desired fields.

Thank you for your fast reply. I have the plugin but I don't know which setting to choose. Under 'permissions' (in content view) , it only says 'edit', no options for view. If you could please specify which box I have to tick.

You do not need to click "permissions" - in the content view you click on the [4] button and apply the Restriction > Access.
