Hello,

I am using SEBLOD 3.X and joomla 3.2.
And i have setup a form just the way i like it with SEBLOD
But i want to have the value of a custom field in my article.
I have set up a default value for the form. and at a specific place in the article i want the value of the field.
Is this possible?

Hello Josvink66,
welcome on SEBLOD Forum.

First, the actual version of SEBLOD is not for Joomla 3.2 so you will have some errors.

For your request, a content type have 4 views:
  • Admin : the form for the backend
  • Site : the form for the frontend
  • Intro: the view which is display when you use Joomla List.
  • Content : The "Article View" when you display an article.

In each view you can add or not every fields you need. The better way is to create forms view with fields you need, then in intro and Content view, you add fields you have created for form and that you want to be displayed.

Best regards.

Hello,

So far I did not encounter any problems.

I have created a site form the way I want to.
But what I want is:

In my form i have the following fields:
Article Title
Article Introtext
Foto (Custom field)

Within the Article Introtext i have setup a default value.
At a specific point in the introtext I want the value entert in the foto field to appear.

Is this possible?

Hello Josvink66,

to archive what you need, you can enter a specific code in the wysiwyg at the place you need, like for example #Foto#
Then you add a plugin Field Code "BeforeStore" in your form. In this field you can write some code which will replace the specifique code by the value of the Foto field.

Best regards.
