Are you importing brand new articles, or importing articles to update existing ones?
Can you please go in to the SEBLOD Importer options (Global configuration) and change your settings to the attached and let me know if that fixes it please?

Hello James, thank you! It nearly works now. I have the message 123 items imported 780 canceled. By clicking on "log" it says "You are not allowed to access this ressource". Regards, Elisa
Hmm.. That's strange. If you look in your /tmp directory, can you see the .zip of the log file there and can you download it manually and take a look via FTP?
Yes, it´s a .zip file containing a csv file with all the canceled items. But why are they canceled?
