email field still sent even if deactivated by conditional state

Hi

Is that normal that even if you deactivate a field upon a conditional state, the email is still sent ?

with the same rules we can make the email field visible or inivisible but the activate /deactivate state doesn't seem to work

Is that a known bug please ?
