Please i tried creating a new article form. i have article forms currently running but when i tried to create a new form am getting this error
Save failed with the following error: Duplicate entry '510-type-1' for key 'type_id_version'
Please i dont know whats the cause i tried looking at my database but i am not very familiar with msql. please where is this error coming from?

Hi,
try to find a record with this id in the #__cck_core_versions table and delete it
